Can I change plans any time?

You bet! Upgrade anytime right from your Logidok account settings.

How does the free trial work?

Go ahead, kick the tires. You get instant access to all Logidok features and 50 document pages to receive for free. We know you'll love it, that's why we don't ask for your credit card up front, so you can try Logidok obligation-free.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope. Logidok plans are month-to-month or yearly. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.

When does my monthly limit start over? What happens if I go over my limit?

Great news! Your monthly limit renews every month! Your usage and billing cycles are based on the date that you sign up, not on calendar months, so your usage resets each time you are billed. Also, don't worry if you send in too many documents. If you send us more than your monthly limit, we will still process those documents! However, you will be charged a small overage fee on a per document basis.

What is Inbox user?

Logidok Inbox is your smart document management system. You can invite your colleagues and share documents with other departments.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes, You get 2 months free when you buy annually.

Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?

Yes. We’re happy to work with large companies and departments on volume pricing. Please write us at sales@logidok.com for more information.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Once you cancel your account, you'll be responsible for charges incurred for that billing period, but you won't be charged again.

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online.

Are my drivers too old or not tech savvy enough for Logidok?

Don’t underestimate the ability of drivers to use a smartphone or tablet. In our experience, drivers can learn quickly and easily how to log in and start using the app productively. The Logidok mobile app was designed with extensive input from drivers of all ages to be as simple and intuitive as possible.

Do you have any advice for what device or phone plan I should choose?

The Logidok application works on most Android devices on any of the cellular networks. If you need the Logidok mobile app on a different device, please let us know. You may be surprised just how creative your preferred telco can be with their pricing if you decide to consolidate your phones into one plan–or add data plans or tablets to an existing voice plan.

How secure is Logidok?

The communication is encrypted between the server and mobile, so your documents arrive on secured channel to your Logidok Inbox. We also protect Logidok against known attacks as SQL Injection,Cross Site Scripting etc. Our server benefits from the protection of Amazon AWS cloud service. Global firewall controls the communication between the servers.

Does Logidok support IPhone or Windows Phone?

Not yet. If you need the Logidok mobile app and you don’t have an Android device, please let us know.

What version of Android OS does Logidok support?

Android OS version 4 or higher, on either a phone or tablet. Your Android phone or tablet must have the Google Play store app in order to download and install the Logidok app.
