Do I have to sign a long-term contract?Nope. Logidok plans are month-to-month or yearly. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
When does my monthly limit start over? What happens if I go over my limit?Great news! Your monthly limit renews every month! Your usage and billing cycles are based on the date that you sign up, not on calendar months, so your usage resets each time you are billed. Also, don't worry if you send in too many documents. If you send us more than your monthly limit, we will still process those documents! However, you will be charged a small overage fee on a per document basis.
What is Inbox user?Logidok Inbox is your smart document management system. You can invite your colleagues and share documents with other departments.
Are there discounts for yearly plans?Yes, You get 2 months free when you buy annually.
